I should re do this title to “Our Kids Home During The Holidays” ha! Our Christmas 2017 was very different form the other years. We had a ton of travel squeezed into such a short amount of time. My typical day to decorate is the day after Thanksgiving, but we traveled to Chicago the day after and were gone for a week. Then, we left for Disney on the 15th. Those short 15 days I did as much as I could, but I decorated the kids trees most because they really were the most excited about theirs. I didn’t even put ornament balls on our tree in the living room. On a whim one night, I tied some wired baby blue ribbon into bows and called it a day. There wasn’t even a tree skirt. We really didn’t even mind because it was such a fun and different Christmas. I snapped some photos and wanted to share though, because their rooms really were so cute! It makes me a little giddy for next Christmas because I know they will be even more excited about their trees and room decor. Sources are at the end 🙂

Thanks for sharing these adorable trees and your sweet children! I’d say that you put your efforts and spirit in the best places. And I definitely vote for your talented mom to open an Etsy shop. I’m a bunny fan, too, so you could get her to create wonderful items for Easter and spring! Happy New Year from an appreciative reader!!

you are just so sweet, thank you for the kind words 🙂 Girl, I am rooting for her to start one! Crossing my fingers and toes. She needs a little time to get settled, but I can see it happening by late summer 😉
