When the temperatures drop below 80 degrees here in Birmingham, we start making all the pumpkin things and I start drinking warm columbian coffee 😉 The first craving was pumpkin muffins, with chocolate chips on top! So yummy for busy school mornings. Thanks to Walmart grocery delivery, my coffee and all of the ingredients were at my doorstep by the time I got home with my kids from school. Perfect timing for an afternoon activity! We’ve been enjoying Walmart grocery delivery for well over a year now and it’s such a lifesaver! Walmart has several organic brands we love and also carries their own organic line, helping us keep our grocery bill low each week.
I had always seen others use the silicone muffin molds and just never bought one! I couldn’t resist this confetti pattern tray mold, I mean how cute! Now I am wondering why I didn’t get one sooner. Muffins that just pop out… game changer!
