When Scarlett was little, I started a tradition with our mom friends to have a holiday brunch playdate. I had a full waffle spread with a toppings bar, fruit assortment, and drinks for the moms. Every year I’ve continued this tradition either with friends or just at home on a special Sunday morning during December. We make a spread of waffles, pancakes, and french toast for the kids to choose and pick what they wish to eat that morning.
