Last week I gave y’all 5 reasons why you should celebrate Valentines Day with your spouse, and this week I am sharing a festive little party we had with the local Birmingham bloggers, creatives, and bakers/chefs! I also could give you 5+ reasons to have a Galentines party, but I think the photos probably convinced you enough 😉 We had so much fun and I want to share all the details with you so that you can initiate your own Galentines party with your favorite girls too! Y’all know how much I love entertaining so I was so excited to be included in this beautiful evening out! Something I enjoy most about being a mom is connecting and becoming friends with other moms. It really does take a village to raise children and I cannot tell you how much I lean on my friends here in Birmingham- because really, they are all I have since I have no family in town. Having a Galentines party to celebrate your female friendships is SO fun! We can all agree that Valentines is a great excuse to drink rose, indulge in yummy food, stuff our face with sweets, and most importantly enjoy some girl time to catch up! We had so much fun last week at Bertha’s (From Chic In Academia) home, as many of you saw from my instastories! Definitely consider giving your close girlfriends a call and have a fun night out!
